Joe Moore has been the branch manager of the Huntington Beach office of Mountain West Financial since 2012. This California based retail lender is a leading provider of funding within both the purchase and refinance markets for FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo Loans.
In the fall of 2013, Mountain West Financial introduced an exclusive home loan program known as CalPATH to benefit CalSTRS & CALPERS retirement fund members who serve our local communities. This program is available specifically for Teachers, Police Officers, Firemen and other Public Employees in California.
MWF also offers the PEAK - School Teachers & Employee Assistance Program, providing up to $26,400 down payment assistance funding for K-12 teachers and school employees who are first time homebuyers in California.

Joseph was formally the founder of More2Lend Financial in 2001. He successfully built a consumer direct lending platform specializing in FHA government lending. Prior to opening More2Lend Financial, Mr. Moore was Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Loans Direct. The company merged with ETRADE Financial in 2001 and became ETRADE Mortgage. LoansDirect.com distinguished itself as a technology leader and remained one of the most profitable and successful lenders of that time.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of California State University-Long Beach (1992) with a degree in Economics. He has been married to his wife Kathleen for 20 years and they have two children. Reagan is 19 years old and is a freshman at Highpoint University in North Carolina. Brenden is 17 years old and is a Junior at Mater Dei High School.
Joe and Kathleen are very active in the community and have lived in Huntington Beach for the past 25 years.
