CalPATH, FHA, VA, Conventional Loan Limits Increased for California Counties 2017
California conforming loan limits will go up in 2017. Federal housing officials made this announcement on November 23. The table below has been fully updated to include the revised (increased) limits for all counties.
Most counties within California have a 2017 conforming loan limit of $424,100, for a single-family home. Higher-priced counties, like those in Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, Marin, Napa, Orange, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz have conventional limits of up to $636,150. Other counties fall somewhere in between these "floor" and "ceiling" amounts. This table shows 2017 conforming, VA and FHA loan limits for all California counties.
