If CalHFA (or) any other secondary financing is a part of the transaction, we will commit to have loan documents in escrow within 45 days. Secondary approval for CalHFA and other down payment programs generally require an additional 7-10 days for final approval after all prior to docs conditions are signed off by underwriting and loan documents have been delivered to escrow for signature.

Our clock starts ticking as soon as escrow is opened and all signed contracts, including an Estimated Master Settlement Statement (Buyer & Seller) from escrow or the assigned closing provider.
