FHA Purchase (or) Refinance Loan Programs

An FHA mortgage has many advantages. Typically only a 3.50% down payment is required, but when combined with the CHDAP down payment assistance program, first time homebuyers can purchase their first home with as little as a .50% down payment.

Lender and Seller Credits are also allowed up to 6.00% of the home’s purchase price to cover prepaid expenses and closing fees.
